How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is completely FREE on all orders! No minimum order required. Whether you’re ordering $20 or $200 worth of products, you’ll never pay a delivery fee.

How fast will my order arrive?
All orders are delivered within 2 hours of your selected delivery time. When you checkout, you can choose a delivery window that works best for your schedule.

Pro Tip: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a text message with a real-time tracking link so you can see exactly where your driver is!

What areas do you deliver to?
We offer same-day delivery throughout British Columbia, with our fastest service in:

  • Abbotsford (Home Base)
  • Vancouver & Burnaby
  • Surrey & Langley
  • Delta
  • Coquitlam & New Westminster
  • Chilliwack & Mission
  • And many more cities!

We also ship Canada-wide via Canada Post for customers outside our delivery zone.

Do you deliver to remote areas?
Yes, we ship to all Canadian provinces and territories! However, please note:

Remote Region Notice: Deliveries to Nunavut, Yukon, Northern Ontario, Northern Quebec, and Newfoundland are shipped with tracking only. Due to limited postal service in these areas, we cannot guarantee replacements for lost packages.

When do I pay for my order?
Your order isn’t finalized until payment is received. For cash orders, you’ll pay the driver when they arrive. For e-transfers, your order will be processed as soon as the payment clears.

Is my order discreet?
Absolutely! Your privacy is our priority. Every order is:

  • ✓ Packaged in plain, unmarked boxes or bags
  • ✓ Sealed to prevent any odor
  • ✓ Delivered by drivers in unmarked vehicles
  • ✓ No mention of cannabis on any packaging

What if my package is lost or stolen?
We’ve got you covered! Every order includes full insurance. If your package is lost or stolen during shipping, we’ll replace it completely free of charge.

Please note: Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we cannot offer a replacement. We recommend being available to receive your package or having a secure delivery location.
